WOOF! My name is Teller! I live an absolutely wonderful life in the city of Boston (Jamaica Plain, specifically) with my furever family. I was adopted from the Boston MSPCA
a little over a year ago. Before I was adopted, my mom was scared of my big smile. Can you believe it??? I am a little guy and believe it or not, I only weigh 55lbs! All my weight is most likely in my head, and my pawrents like to argue which is bigger; my head or my heart
I don’t have any ears, and when I was adopted the name on my adoption sheet was “Killer”. The only thing I will “kill” you with is licks and kindness, so my forever family decided to call me “Teller”. I love to cuddle with anyone and I love spending time with kids and babies. I also love, love, LOVE to play with other dogs. I’m full of energy, and I could spend all day running around the dog parks with all my fur-friends. My mom loves to take me on three mile runs, which makes me super happy!
When I was adopted, I was incredibly thankful, and I still am to this day! I dealt with a little bit of separation anxiety at first, because I missed my pawrents when they left. I have come so far in just one year and my parents are very proud of me. I have a dog walker during the day who I love hanging out with – we go for nice walks and meet new friends! I still visit my friends at the MSPCA and am so thankful for their love and support. I participated in a Fast and Furriest 5K
, hosted by the Boston MSPCA and it was so good to see so many furry faces and human friends. I got a lot of hugs, and some of the volunteers were baffled at how well I was doing and how much I opened since finding my furever home!
Every morning, I whine from my bed in the living room, and my pawrents open the door of their bedroom to let me snuggle for an hour before they leave for work. I love when Chris, my dog walker from Tails
comes over to take me for a stroll. My favorite food on the planet is JP Lick’s
(local Boston ice cream shop) “Cow Paws”, which is an ice cream made specifically for dogs! I sometimes get brain freeze because I eat it too fast.
