Dog Rescue Stories: Capone Got A Home!
By Jarissa Aquinde, Positively Woof Rescue and Adoption Story Editor
Hi there! My name is Capone! I’m one and a half years old and they tell me that I’m a Boston Terrier / Miniature Pinscher mix! I was an owner surrender to a rescue called Moringa’s Mission
based out of Hamilton, Ontario.
I went to a loving foster home where I was spoiled for two whole weeks! Then my forever mom saw a picture of me on Petfinder. There was just something
about the look in my eyes that made her fall in love. About a week after that, she brought me home!
Because of my troubled past, there are some things they say I have to work on. I have pretty bad anxiety, I wasn’t socialized much (so I don’t trust easily) and I like to voice my concern at the unknown. But my mom says I’m a quick learner with a lot of potential. She says with some work I will be living my life to the fullest in no time!
