I don’t know how it happened, but I was lost on the streets. I was very skinny and my skin was itchy and irritated from a rash. Luckily, I was picked up on the street by a really nice lady who took me to a shelter. I was transferred to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay later on, and that’s where I met my mom! When she adopted me, I had already spent at least half of my life without a home.

As soon as I saw my mom, I pressed my whole body against my cage and cried. I knew she was the one for me! She decided to have a meet and greet with me! As soon as we were out in the play yard, I sat on her lap and licked her face the whole time. She took me home that day.

With the help of my mom, my coat is now full, soft, and shiny! I got special baths from her twice a week for two months. My mom has also taken me hiking, to the beach, and to the park. I’m starting to train in agility, too! I’ve gone from a small 45 pound pup to a big 70 pound pup! The best part of it all is cuddling with my mom every night.
